THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE FLORIDA SILVER PALM
O DESIGNS found inspiration for the FLORIDA SILVER PALM T-shirt from a palm that is native to the Sunshine State. The Florida silver palm (Coccothrinax argentata) is a slow-growing palm with silver underside fronds. The palm is native to Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. While the Key thatch palm (Leucothrinax morrisii) also has silver underside fronds, the palm is not only native to Monroe and Miami-Dade counties but also Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Navassa Island.
